RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with the Saville Row merchandise that you receive, simply return it to us and we will be pleased to exchange, or supply a credit note to be used at a later date online or instore. Unfortunately we are unable to accept return items unless you send an email prior for return authorization and returns will then be authorized under the following conditions.
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of dispatch for Australian or 21 days for International
- Merchandise must be in the exact same condition as received with all original tags attached.
- Merchandise must not have been worn, damaged, altered or washed.
- The item you are returning was not purchased as a SALE/CLEARANCE item or Custom Printed Logo Tee / Sweat
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
PROCEDURE
Please email us at savillerow@savillerow.com.au to let us know what items you would like to return and the reason why and if you would prefer an exchange, credit or refund.
Please only use Australia Post and please obtain a tracking number. Items sent back that are not faulty are at the cost of the customer
SAVILLE ROW will be happy to send any replacement goods at no cost.
Please allow up to 3-4 working days upon us receiving your parcel to process your return. Unfortunately SAVILLE ROW cannot be held responsible for parcels that have not been returned with tracking details If you prefer a Credit note we will happy to provide one and it will be valid up to 12 months from the issue date as you may want to take advantage of any future online special offers
